Don't know the sizes but......
3rd - Venaci 99RR - Custom one off's for username Nitrouz Venaci is no longer available with VIP Status (where he got them from), however I believe that UAM can still get the same rims for you.
6th - Ones that look very close to them are Weds Sport SA-55 not exact as in the picture like the ones djpathfinder
HAS but close, little more concave IMO.
