I'm always very leery when when they sat that the MAF is bad. Most over-replaced part in cars today. A large part of the time, they are just dirty or oxidized and need cleaning. You might pick up some MAF cleaner at Autozone and see if it makes any difference before you drop a couple of bills on a new one.
