I am no hero on the ring. When I drove it with out the oil cooler I would have hit limp mode during the second lap. It is crazy out there, trying to stay on the line while passing slow cars and getting out of the way of the faster guys. I was there about a month ago with oil cooler and had no problems. If your here in Sept-Oct time frame the temps should be in mid 70's. I have no where near 40-50 laps on the actual Ring. PS3 is no much help, I tried it too. Yes the locals are quick. I think a lot of them could drive it with their eyes closed. Hitting Hockenhiem this weekend, we'll see how my Z1 brake upgrade holds up. It will be nice to see through the corners unlike most of the Ring. Post something in the Germany roll call room once you get in the area. I should be around.
