I have a black sport as well. I did suspension first and then exhaust shortly afterwards. Lowering the car made it look much better and the improved ride is a joy through the corners.
Your first purchase should probably be car cleaning products and good wax. You will use it more than any other modification.
One thing I do recommend though is to look at photos of other members cars to get an idea of what kind of modifications you want to make.
