Comparing powerdercoated and matte is like comparing apples to oranges. Powerdercoating is the method of applying the finish (powdercoat vs paint). Matte is an adjective that simply defines the characteristics of a finish that does not reflect light (matte vs satin finish). Who are you to say they aren't matte; they sure look matte to me.
