I dont know about a linked file unless someone created it that way. I think the seperate documents is how most of the manuals ive seen look. I combined it and it is very searchable.... it has a sudo toc on the side. You will see it. If you want to publish the 2012 version.... i will try to finish the 2011 manual tonight. Just tedious.
