Default TPMS sensors not picking up.

I installed some new rims and TPMS sensors and now my light won't go out.
I took it to the Dealer and they messed with it for an hour and couldn't get the light to go out.

They said the wheels might be to wide for the sensor to pick up. Is this a legit excuse? I have 20x11's in the back.

I read on one of the threads that the car can only store 4 sensors at a time. Could this be the issue?

I'm hoping someone else has had this issue. I just couldn't find the thread.
