I've found that the square plastic piece in that kit fits into the metal bumper tab hole. And if you use a flatter, wider screw it prevents it from rubbing even more.

Maybe a tad bit of camber wouldn't hurt too.

Its a shitty design, its like almost on top of the wheel. I had the same problem even with crazy stretch on the tire.
Hey that is informative. I rolled my fenders and the only place I seem to still be rubbing is on that damn bumper tab. I bent it up I thought enough but I guess not. On one side the plastic is cracked so I don't know how much it will bend and stay in place, even if I use a large washer to hold it. I was trying to think of other ways to keep the bumper in place but haven't yet. Do you have any other ideas?
