I would start be checking all of the components of the starting system, in the order in which the current would flow through it. That would be the battery, fuses, the starter relay, the clutch interlock switch, the BCM, and the ECM. Most likely one of the computers, as they are more susceptible to current overloads. I'm sorry to hear about it man, whatever it is, it's probably going to be pricey.
