I did talk to a local dealership here in Edmonton, and he was willing to allow me to place a deposit for $3000 over MSRP.
The sales person wasn't impressed with my answer. I offered to place a deposit at $100 over invoice and after we both stopped laughing, we agreed that perhaps we both should wait.
Expect the prices to be on line by the end of January.
