Well, there's more than one way to skin a cat, but yes, you can tee both PCV together and into the catch can. Then you would have the line go from the catch can to one of the turbo inlet pipes.

Don't forget that you would have to either cap off, or plug the other turbo inlet pipe. Again, there's more than one way to go about this whole venture of adding a catch can. Whatever suits you...just make sure you think it through.
