On my previous car (08 civic si) I never had a front plate, but I ended up with 3 no front plate tickets in 4 years. I always had zip ties in my glove compartment and I would just zip tie the plate, then get the ticket signed off and cut of zip ties after I leave the police station. That's most likely what I'm gonna do with this car because I'm definitely no going to drill the bumper. It's only a $25 fix-it ticket that's worth risking to not put holes in the bumper.
