The ones I purchased from Amazon don't.

Amazon.com: 4x 194 168 5-SMD White High Power LED Car Lights Bulb: Automotive

I used two for the license plate, two for the map lights, and one in each headlight for the running lights.

No problems so far after about six months or so of use.
