Kind of, I have been pulled over a couple times now, but I think its more because I am a younger driver rather than a red Z. Oh and also I was breaking the law when I got pulled over.
I think red is def more noticeable but it all comes down to if you follow traffic laws or not, at least here in CT if you follow them, cops leave you alone.
