depends on the temperature, but heat treating, while you get all of the strength properties back, does absolutely nothing for fatigue properties. so you'll have this really strong but brittle metal on your hands. i'd be worried if i heard my wheels got nuked in the oven three times...

then again, what temps are we talking about? it's too early for me to be thinking straight.
