Anyways, are you running stock bulbs? That is weird because if anything the stock bulbs aren't that bright and even the high beams are fairly weak for a bi-xenon on the Z. My friends GTI xenons are super bright and his high beams are blinding and are stock.

Yes, my bulbs are stock. Maybe just a lot of people here on the backroads that aren't even used to HID lights. When I turn my brights on, it doesn't look like the bottom half gets brighter, just gets rid of the cut-off point basically.
