Default Are my Swift Springs installed correctly?

Got my Swift Springs installed along with my new wheels and tires two days ago. I went to go get a alignment today and noticed that the rear springs have the tighter coiled section on the bottom instead of the top (like the fronts do). Are they properly installed? (pic attached)

Also, the idiots that did my alignment got it all wrong. Steering was off to the left by 5-10 degrees. so i took it back once I noticed and they "fixed" it. Now, the front right wheel seems to be rubbing against the brake pad. WTF? I noticed that taking the car above 60 mph the rear wheels make a thumping noise. Im upset everything feels and sounds horrible.

Help and suggestions?
