The extra hp bump with the Nismo doesn't translate much in real world performace. So I would skip the ECU altogether if all you really want is the sound. An UpRev tune might get you there, but don't forget that the 350hp number is at the crank, not at the wheels. You would do better to go with something like Stillen cat-back exhaust, which looks pretty stock if you didn't know better. Stillen quotes something like 18hp gain at the wheels, so that's well over the 350 mark at the crank. No exhaust upgrade will void your warranty for the rest of your car, just the oem exhaust. You can even ask the dealer to install it for you. Most don't care or even notice.

If you're just chasing numbers on paper to get to 350hp, I would suggest just saving your money.
