Default SES After Rainstorm (Injen)

Drove my car last night to the local DIY car wash (just to use the rinse, don't flame me) and the car ran fine. It rained heavily overnight and into this morning. Car started fine but when I pulled off my street it immediately bogged at 2500rpm and set an SES light, VDC light, and skid light... I am almost 100% positive it is a MAF error due to the moisture on the filters. I turned around and parked the Z and took my daily car instead. Question is for those that had this happen how did you resolve?

Should I just let it dry? Pull the battery? Clear the code? I don't have a reader (or at least I can't find the one I had) so I'd have to go buy one. Will it reset if it sits for a day or two? I usually garage it but I didn't last nice, hence the excessive moisture.
