You must not know what invoice price is then. It’s the price the dealer would have paid for the actual car. So if they are breaking even, i.e not making any profit off the car, then they are selling it for their invoice price, or what they paid for the car. MSRP on the other hand is the price that the automaker (In this case Nissan) wants it sold at, but the dealer is giving the OP a break and taking that much off, so indeed that is a good discount.
