Not an apartment complex; two sets of two townhouses sharing a common driveway.
One neighbor is scraping his Mercedes SL as bad as me, and another is having trouble with his IS350. The third neighbor has two SUV's but is all over getting this fixed, so there are no worries about everyone pitching-in.
