Srenity I am not a body person and my father is one of the least mechanically inclined person I know. I installed the side blades and rear diffuser with his "help". If you have a helping hand you should be able to do it in one day. I have not tackled the tail lights or fog light so I cannot help ya there. The overlay took me two tries as the first time I had not seen the DIY and tried to install it dry.
