Just get the XM antenna, which in some cases is the antenna and low-noise amplifier in one package, once again all components tuned for what its supposed to receive and reject.
I'll try to refrase this: The stock touring antenna is a XM antenna. If I get a XM add on tuner to my after market HU, can I use the stock XM antenna instead of the one the comes with the add on tuner?
