i dont recommend that unless you know exactly wat the composition is on the plasti-dip and the rustoleum paint.
the thing about rustoleum is they're known to have some strong metal/rust eating features to lockout rust. i'd imagine that chemical will eat through the plasti-dip?
not sure.
instead, how about using that clear plasti-dip stuff? does that have UV protection? i'd study that first.
clearcoat does not necessarily mean it can protect from UV. read the label carefully before you apply.
