thanks guys, unfortunately the dirt hid away a lot of the imperfections, after the detail i realized that a full paintjob is the only real solution. i just wouldnt be happy with the number of chips, dents, missing paint, the car has. I doubt I'll be able to get it painted until summer of 2013 though. In the meantime I bought a bra to cover up the front bumper which has no paint, and I'll bring the car back to ultimate driving shape.
