You'll be fine. There's a slim chance that you'll need to run a slight amount of negative camber in the rear.

"Too low" is up to you, but that setup won't make the car difficult to drive or cause you to scrape everywhere. Just be a little more cautious until you know what scrapes and where/when. You shouldn't have any issues with average driving. I've owned cars that were less than 2 inches off the ground, and that wasn't too low for me. My mother said her 3000GT was too low at 1/4" lower than stock. It's all relative.
