if the nail/screw did not go deep enough to pierce the steel belts in your tire, then you do not have to do anything, it will be just fine.

if it pierced the steel belts, then you just take it to whatever tire shop you trust with your wheels, and have them do the plug/patch from the inside and its good for life.

Oh ya... but if its in the sidewall, then order a new tire.
