Here is the going list of finished builds with details and links to the more specific info: Forced Induction Finished Builds
The original Amuse kit is not CF, the replica kits can be partial CF. The gains depend on what you plain to do, the Greddy kit allows you to do what you want giving you the option to build certain pertains yourself if you ever want to expand your build though Stillen & GTM offer the same package but they offer full turn-key solutions that are very solid.

Standard wheel sizes are 18x9 (F) & 18x10-11 (R) for track, 19x9-9.5 (F) & 19x10-11 (R) for everything and 20x9 (F) & 20x12 (R) for everything. I am not an expert on offsets so someone with more detail can share based on your wheel width will determine your offset.

On the CF parts, a lot of parts currently for our car do not save any weight, your best option would be your body kit (Amuse/Zele/etc.), forced induction, weight reduction (remove items in the rear, battery), hood.

Also, another item to look into your build are gauges to monitor the car, you can go with 3 gauges and replace the existing 3 above the cubby or you can with a digital system like the HKS Camp 2, Blitz.
