I also completely agree that LTH's are not worth it for most people and "similar" gains can be achieved going a different route. IMHO, nothing beats the sound of a nice car that has a full exhaust setup with long tube headers. That scavenging sound, the crackles, and burbles to my ears are priceless.
Just a hint of rasp to let you know it's not stock. But not a fart can honda sounding.
