You need to put losing in quotations... that is still all profit in labor (after paying the mechanics of course).

It is just a discounted contract rate because the company is the one footing the bill.

It still isn't right to try and gouge people because your not getting full pop for something.

I would think dealerships would love warranty work... I had a friend that was a service rep at Toyota and he loved recalls and things of that nature because it was guaranteed business... if my car isn't getting warranty work I am doing it myself or at a private shop. Just my opinion.
