Not sure about Montecillo and NJMP, but the memerships at AMP start at $8500 and you get, I believe 90 days each year or something long those lines. I think the most expensive memebership at AMP is $40K, no due or other fees for life.
I like the model they chose, because nobody can physically use this many days, so in order to make the track a viable business opportunity, they rent the track out to various professional organizastions. I think that's the way to do it....total private club isn't the way to go, IMHO.
Road Atlanta is still going to be my favorite track for the forseable future, followed closely by VIR. If I lived closer to VIR, I think it would be my favorite.
