Im leaving for the military soon and I wont be able to pay off these fenders that I received from Carbon Signal. The fenders are BRAND NEW. I took them out of the box just to check on the condition and everything is perfect. Since I am helping CS sell these. I would think local will be better because no 4-5 week down time and you an come pick it up if you like. I live in Stockton, Ca which is about 40 minutes South of SAC.
