Well I certainly wasn't trying to say that
nobody cares about it outside of California, but I am definitely one that doesn't go purchase a car down the street and wonder if it's CARB approved. It's obviously a matter of opinion who cares and who doesn't. The nice thing is that it's CARB approved now...but all they fluff around it was what I'm pointing out.
