Has anyone here installed a short shifter?? Ive heard it can actually hurt the trans. I dont mind my throw as it is but it wouldnt hurt to shorten it up a bit. Thoughts? |
I did the short shifter thing. I have never heard about transmission damage though.
Anyway, besides occasional buzzing at high rpms, I like it quite a bit -- it improves the throw/feel/speed quite a bit.
