There's a law that states that as long as the light only blinks up to four times then becomes solid.. it is not a ticketed item. But, I think that only applies to motorcycles
ONLY. Even just having it solid on.. the driver has to be able to turn it off at any time.
Dammit. Just like not having a front plate.. I'm going to have to try my luck on this one
