FBI CHARLES ALAN DYER

The FBI is in my mom and dad's neighborhood looking for this man. They live in Windloch neighborhood in Richmond, Tx. He is considered armed and extremely dangerous. They think he is traveling along the Brazos River and looking for barns or something like that to take shelter in and rest. He is a member of a group called "Oath Keepers." If yall have any information please call the FBI and please protect your families if you are in this area.
