Why does that matter? I never understood why people have to ask this. Is it that you think there is something wrong with it? If there was, the OP *should* disclose it so the buyer is not surprised. If someone wants to sell something they should not have to give a reason why... in this case if he still had his car would that not be a good enough reason to sell it? Just curious not trying to give you a hard time.
