I think that Cobb no longer makes the hoses. Since they are silicone I don't think you can paint them, but really don't know. However, Z1 Motorsports now has very similar intake hoses on its website. The problem is they only come in black, blue or red. I don't think I've ever seen yellow silicone hoses.
