There is no 'base' model per se in Canada but there is for the US market. Our 'base' model is the 'touring' model i.e. loaded with the only options available being 'sports' package and 'nav' package.

I wouldn't pay the asking price for that Nismo either as others have said. 8000 kms is a high mileage demo and Nissan reduces the cost price to the dealer to compensate. Also, the dealer does not buy their new cars from Nissan - they are on consignment. The dealer's money is tied up in their used cars. If you don't mind buying used, that is where you'll find the best deal.
