About 300-500 or so for the sound to get to its quietest, but it does depend on how your drive. If you open the car up frequently, you'll break it in quicker. As far as CEL, as far as I know there hasn't been a single one directly related to the ART Pipes. Over 1K miles on mine, and no problems.

I wish I knew, it should sound pretty much perfect and not too loud. The crazy thing about the ART Pipes is that they're quieter than HFCs and test pipes.
