Besides it being hard and expensive to acquire used headlights, here is the reason why core exchanges don't work too well...
All used headlights are in different condition. Some customers come to us with brand new 2011 Zs and others with 2009 that have tons of rock chips. How would you like if we sent you modded headlights with bunch of rock ships and faded lenses? And then you send me back your mint ones? Or the other way around. I send you a fresh pair and you send me some used up set.
We have a full spare of G37 headlights and we still don't do core exchanges because of this reason
