Nissan 370Z Forum - View Single Post - How often do you change Transmission/Diff fluid?

I'm a real novice when it comes to cars, and i saw some posts about people replacing their transmission and diff oil. Wondering how often you are suppose to change that because i only get an oil change. Also are there any fluids that you have to replace to maintain the car?
