7) No camber kit (not sure of camber)
8) stock fenders
9) Rubs the front slightly... would recommend a slight roll of front fender or raised height.

11) Camber kit needed and 15mm rear spacers
12) 21lbs front wheel, 22lbs rear wheel (no tires)

Edit:

15mm spacer and .25' lower in the rear.
