4 things:

- drop 100-200 pounds off the car (go look at weight savings thread)
- get a real rear diff... carbonetics makes me happy
- add some stiff, adjustable sway bars
- buy an extra set of inexpensive wheels and throw some serious tires on (R888s, NT01s) so you can have some real fun

Do these things and you'll stick to the road like you can't believe.

Also agree with the comment on driving school! recommending Bondurant in Phoenix, AZ but for god sakes wait until it cools down a bit!
