Definitely do it if you are done with your breather mods. You're likely running rich right now. You will feel a noticeable difference in the torque curve (better acceleration in the low to mid range), and it will lean things out. I did it with my FX45 with just an intake and exhaust, and just did it with my 370Z last week with intake, HFC and CBE. A tune is money well spent to optimize your setup. I would definitely recommend a tune to anyone who's finished doing breathing mods.

Yes, Stillen definitely does tunes with Uprev. They've done a lot of tunes on various makes and has the experience to do a proper job.
