First off,

theres no such thing as 2010 Yellow 370Z. They made those in 2009 only.

Secondly,

Yes, the sychro rev match is worth it IMHO. I love mine. Plus it has the VLSD and big brakes which is nice. I know you said you could upgrade them but its just nice to have them from the start.

Lastly,

Yes, I would get the 2011 Base + Sport. If you don't care about the "better" heated seats, Bose stereo, upgraded pedals, and auto dimming mirror then stick with the Base + Sport. The touring model just gets you those things and for some people its worth the extra. My girlfriend likes the heated seats.

You won't be able to budge their pricing much because its a 2011. I would suggest looking for a 2010 and get a Base + Sport for $30k or less.
