Eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies, no salad dressing, toppings, nothing. Fibers make you sh&t easy, and this is a way to clean your system out. Cut down on animal products i.e. meats for protein. But fish is OK, but not all fish is good for your health. Meat, especially red meat, isn't really good for your diet because it has cholesterol, i.e. clogs up your heart overtime. All meats have cholesterol, but red meat is the worst. It's OK to eat meat occassionally, but not often. You need meat for protein, that is, to build and maintain muscle. But if you don't work out, this protein will turn into fat.

Drink lots of water, this also cleans out your system. If you do aerobic exercise, then you need carbs. Carbs provide energy for endurance e.g. long distance running, swimming and the likes. But carbs are sugars. Likewise to protein, if you don't work out or aren't physically active, then carbs will turn you flabby.
