as Lemers pointed out, he might not have owned that "tuner" shop in 2F2F...
he might have just managed it... and the prices were redonkulous, so he wanted to OWN one, that anyone could come to, get baller ****, and not get ripped off...
obviously he knew Rome from 2F2F... I don't see what you're getting at in your argument on that one
