I wouldnt worry about it. Most coilover companies will tell you that the fact "that running stiffer springs on a shock will blow your shock" is a myth.
The only way that a lowering spring will blow your shock is if you constantly bottom out. Stiffer springs wont really affect it. Because even on coilovers whether the shock is valved for a 30kg spring or a 5kg spring the same exact seals are used. The only difference is the way the piston is shimmed. And seeing as though the Swifts gauge the useable stroke of the shock. I wouldnt think it would be a problem.

Well anyways Im just saying I personally dont think its something you have to worry about.
