If you can get the car to the dealer they usually have one of each of the lock adapters and could remove the nut for you. Once they've figured out the lock pattern they can order you a spare key.

If you want to avoid the dealer the only option will be to buy a new set of locks and to remove the old ones by brute force methods such as hammering on a tight fitting socket or using a removal tool.
Broken wheel stud and lug nut.
